Spun Yarn Factory
The spinning factory consists of the following sections:
Open line:
which includes several machines which perform the materials carding and remove the fibres which can’t be spun.
The carding section:
receives the materials delivered by the carding line, comb the fibres in parallel fashion and transform them into filament under specific count.
The initial (primary) drawing:
improves the fibre combing within the filament and reduces the error rate in the filament count by missing (8 filaments) and drawing a single filament (strand).
The secondary drawing:
also it improves the fibres combing and its machines are equipped with inspection and modification of the strand gauge where this count is fixed at specific value.
Primary spinning machines:
which turn the filament into primary spun yarn.
Spinning machines:
they transform the primary spun yarn into finished yarn based on counts and the required spins for this yarn.
Cone winding machines:
they deliver the yarn from the closure (shuttle) to the cone and they also check and inspect the faults and defects in this yarn and remove them if any.
Also there are open end turbine machines, with the task of producing rough yarns (turbine).
