Quality Control
The quality control is made in two aspects:
1 - During production processes where the machines are equipped with up to date inspection, testing and QC equipment.
2 - In lab: where the factory has a lab equipped with most modern equipment for performing the testing of QC during all production stages.
These lab equipment include:
* Count testing equipment ( device) for yarn , spun yarn , Slaver and carding filament.
* Spins counter.
* Yarn regularity testing device and yarn defect detector.
* Spun yarn and carding filament regularity test set.
* Tension strength testing set.
* Appearance test set.
Also the lab included well qualified and trained working staff.
